Fifty People One Question

Here is an interesting short film that grabbed my attention. Nothing too fancy but interesting. First I wanted to know what the question was but then as I started watching it I found myself wanting to know more about these people.

Then as I watched it, I thought it was a good practice scene for me to practice drawing people. As you will see the people are all different shapes and sizes.

Enjoy

evolving change

Ok, so as I review my blog that I started in 2008, I am starting to see how it is evolving. At first, I wanted it to be a movie review site. While I still enjoy that, I don't see as many movies as I would like to review. I also think it would stink to review movies that weren't very good.

In addition, I think about the people who (will eventually) come to this site to look around. The problem is when you talk about movies; people already have a preconceived notion of the movie that you are discussing. They have either seen a commercial or heard feedback through the grapevine and consciously or unconsciously have made up their mind if they are going to see it or not. At that point, you would have to say something remarkable in order to change their minds. (Or the movie would have to be free).

While I may still put out a review from time to time, I think I want to bring items to light that many people don’t get a chance to see. As I find new items either on the internet or YouTube.com or anywhere else, I would like to show them to the world and allow other people to view them and make their own decisions.

So here is to you reader of the “hard to find blog about nothing” some things I hope you enjoy.

10 MPH

For a change of pace, a documentary. A story about riding a Segway scooter across America at 10 mph. What makes this story interesting is that the pair of people who thought this up actually quit their 9-5 office cube environment to seek something more.

What better way to exit the "rat race" and slow down to enjoy life than ride across the country at an extra slow pace. I actually stumbled across this story by accident but I think what drew me in was that one time I had a thought about riding across the country in a get this...a golf cart. I guess now I wasn't too far off.

Check it out....

ps. their next movie is "10 YARDS" a story about Fantasy Football...hmmmm.
